NEW Tending to Soul: A monthly, drop-in, mini-retreat for anyone wanting to find the courage to flourish in every season, even in the midst of challenge. Tending to Soul offers time and space to take a deep breath, to make space for the soul to show up and to listen to its wisdom for us in our living. If you are looking to reconnect with your soul and your sense of purpose; if you long for space to reflect on important questions for your life and work, then Tending to Soul is the gathering for you!

The Centre offers a MI RE DO Singing Class is for children aged 4- 8 on Mondays from 4:30-5:30 pm. This is a great class for young beginner musicians to have fun and learn about music through games and singing with Dr. Sarah Svendsen, a registered member of the Ontario Music Teaching Association. Enroll in a Tai Chi Class on Wednesdays from 2:00-3:00 pm. Tai Chi is known as a moving meditation, a sophisticated martial art system, and a powerful mind/body health system built on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Center is offering an innovative Mobility and Movement Class for Seniors (55+) on Wednesdays from 11:30am-12:30 pm. This fall prevention program combines improvised live music with simple and fun movement activities to help older adults improve balance, mobility and memory. From Monday to Saturday, The Artful Child offers a space that is rich with opportunities to explore a variety of artistic mediums, materials, costumes, instruments, books and music. Harmony School of Dance and Music is running several ballet and tap classes on Thursday evenings for children from pre-kindergarten to age 8. This is a great opportunity for children to dance, sing, and express themselves. For more information go to www.harmonyschoolofdance.ca.

Clark HalL ~ RENTAL
Nestled in a beautifully restored space, Clark Hall is a sophisticated yet cozy room, perfect for family gatherings, wedding rehearsal dinners, business meetings, book clubs, and more. It blends historic charm with modern comfort, featuring large Gothic-style windows that bring in natural light by day and dimmable sconces that create a warm ambiance at night, showcasing artwork by local artists. A wall of pre-loved books is available for community browsing on Wednesdays from 1-3 p.m. Seating includes high-top tables with industrial-style stools and comfortable upholstered chairs for casual meetings. For formal events or dinners, rectangular tables can be added for a traditional setup. Clark Hall is fully accessible by lift. We invite you to visit us, to explore the space, art, and books.
